Rebecca is an absolute blessing! She was with us every step of the way. Guided us on what we needed to do to prepare the home for the market. Gave us sound advice on best price to list the home at. We actually had a bidding war, again she guided us through what was the best choice for us. We listed on the market July 5, under contract within days, and closed today (July 30). Answered all of our questions promptly.

When looking for a home Rebecca made the process of purchasing one stress free and easy. She was attentive and eager to help meet our home buying wants and needs. Anytime we had a question she was able to answer and explain the matter thoroughly if we didn’t understand at first. She was also an excellent communicator to both parties in the process and was made available over the phone most hours of the day if not a call back didn’t take very long to get back to us. Best realtor around. My wife and I were looking for a home to rent on a Saturday evening. We called and expected an answering machine. Rebecca answered and set up a showing the next day(on Sunday) for us to see the home. We did not like that specific home and talked a little with her and decided maybe we would buy it if we found the right thing.
